Designed to balance and strengthen your entire body. You’ll work both upper and lower body equally, with a focus on building core strength through dynamic, full-body movement. This introduction to the MISFITMETHOD features signature moves that will leave you feeling more open, stronger, and just a little sweaty! Starting with standing, expressive, dance-like movements, you’ll flow through big, rounded shapes. The second half of the class brings in props like a squish ball and weights to enhance your core, upper body, and full body awareness.
